Typically this is Copper that has already been soldered, tinned or painted. This distinguishes it from other grades of Copper, which should be of a higher quality and not suffer from these depreciations.  To be qualified as Braziery Copper it should be at least 95% Copper, and it can consist of up to 5% Brass. It should be free of Iron.
